Fill out the form below to register for the 10th Canadian Transplant Games

Before you register, here are a few things to keep in mind:

• You must complete a registration for everyone in your family/group who is attending to ensure they will have lodging, food and a spot in sports/events if applicable.

• Early bird pricing is in effect from February 15 - April 15. Regular pricing will be in effect April 16 - June 15, when registration closes.

• All participants will pay their registration directly online via Credit Card or e-transfer to Treasurer@Txworks.ca.  Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Your registration is not considered complete until payment is received.

• You will be able to return to the form to update your information as needed should you need to change any event selections, travel details etc. A link will be sent to you when you submit your registration form to allow for easy updates. Please save the email with the link. Changes can be made up until June 15.

• Forms are available at the bottom of this page and on the FAQ page as well. Forms are due June 30.

• Please be sure to check out the various games information pages to learn more about sports, events, accommodations, and schedules. If after you have reviewed all the information including the FAQs and still have a question, please reach out to us via email.

Registration fees are subsidized by the Canadian Transplant Association, through the generous support of individual and corporate donations, sponsorships, community partners, and the work of 100+ volunteers. This allows athletes and supporters to compete, connect and celebrate at the Games at a significant discount from the 'per person' cost of the running the Games. Because the rates are already discounted so much, we can't apply any additional discounts for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made on or before April 30, 2024 will receive a 90% refund.

• All cancellations, for whatever reason, made between May 1, 2024 and up to and including June 1, 2024 will receive a 40% refund.

• Cancellations, for whatever reason, made after and including June 2, 2024 will not receive a refund.

Please note that it is essential that you take out your own personal travel insurance to cover cancellation for medical or other reasons.
