• You must be a Transplant Recipient or Living Organ Donor living in Canada;

• Become a member of the Canadian Transplant Association. You may create an account here;

• Once you’ve created your CTA account, e-mail goodlife@txworks.ca requesting your unique access code;

• Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your code;

• Once you have your access code, you may register with GoodLife by visiting: corporate.goodlifefitness.com;

• Search for “Canadian Transplant Association”;

• Provide your unique code to continue with registration. You may apply the discount to an already existing membership.
