2025 Antigonish Transplant Trot

It's time - The 5th Annual Antigonish Transplant Trot is here!

Join us at Columbus Field on Saturday, July 5th, 2025 for the Antigonish Transplant Trot in support of the Canadian Transplant Association (CTA). The fun starts at 10:30am with a 1km kids run followed by the 5km/10km fun walk/run beginning at 11:00am! A BBQ, proudly sponsored by the Antigonish Kinsmen, will follow for all registered participants! Please ensure you arrive early so we can confirm your registration. Day of registration will be available, but we encourage all participants to register online beforehand if possible as the morning will be quite busy.

EVENT FEES/EARLY BIRD

    • Adults - $25.00 (Early Bird - $20.00)

    • Youth (12-17) - $20.00 (Early Bird - $15.00)

    • Kids (4-12) - $10.00 (Early Bird - $5.00)

    • Babies & Toddlers - FREE

Early Bird Registration closes June 14th. 

REGISTRATION

Every registered participant will receive a free hat and a medal! We encourage all racers to wear green - the official Organ Donation Awareness colour!

The pledge drive is featured again this year! Using Canada Helps, participants will be able to raise pledges to support their individual fundraising goals, or create a team and work together to achieve a team goal! We encourage participants to collect pledges - some awesome prizes await the top fundraisers, including some awesome door prizes available to be won for each registered participant!

ABOUT THE CTA

The Canadian Transplant Association, founded 1987, is a charitable organization comprised of transplant recipients, donors, athletes, and volunteers dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyle post transplant and organ donation awareness through public advocacy and events, including the Canadian Transplant Games (July 5th - 10th, 2026 in Sherbrooke QC) and the World Transplant Games (August 16th - 23rd, 2025 in Dresden Germany), and Green Shirt Day!
